I try going to the link provided and all it does is give me a quote for mounting a tv. I don't need my TV mounted I need my TV replaced.

Please try again later.I bought Arlo spotlight camera from Best Buy on October and it has three months trail but I asked the employee there before I bought it to make sure that I will not need to pay anything after the trail end to save the clips and she said that I will not to pay anything and it will save for one month. What happened is after the three months trail end on January I was supposed to buy a plan to save the clips and I went to return it the manager didn’t accept which his name is Kyle and he asked me to leave the store without any respect to the customer on Utica Michigan Best Buy and know I want to take care of my problem and get my money back .
