• They also offer email cards so you search for your prepaid card on the Best Buy website and its delivered via email, you don’t have to go to any store. It’s sent to ur email and u follow the prompts!

• You can go to Best Buy Verizon store or any other places that sells prepaid cards.

• You can call the number on the back of the box and repay through your card there, or you can go to Best Buy and purchase a new card that you can pay for in cash or card. The minutes will upload immediately.

• That depends on who your Carrier is of this phone My best suggestion is to buy a refill card for that particular Carrier And by carer your I mean Verizon wireless ,Sprint ,T-Mobile and others
