- Answer Hi I bought a PH18-72-924C. I bought a CORSAIR P750 GEN5 1 TB. Only one of the 2 slots recognize him (the second) as GEN5. I installed the system Windows 11 pro on it and it works fine, at 13200Mb/s read speed. The other is Gen4 and i use it for data with a 990 Pro 2TB and with 64GB Ram Fury at 5600 is amazing.

QuestionWhat is the Acer part number for the 330W power supply, as I will need to get a second one. Also how is the ram populated? Are there only two SODIMM sockets and are they each filled with 16GB? Or is there one 32GB SODIMM module and one socket available?

- Answer The Model Part number for the 330 W adapter is PA-1331-99. There are 2 16gb sticks of ram inside, theyre hidden underneath a shroud so you'll have to peel that off to upgrade or to add your own.

- Answer The information in our documentation shows the specifications of the display are: 18.0" display with IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology, WQXGA 2560 x 1600, high-brightness (SDR mode 600 nits / HDR mode 1000 nits), high color gamut (DCI-P3 100%), Acer ComfyView™ LED-backlit TFT LCD, integrated Mini LED technology.
