The noise can be disabled via the BIOS. Right when you see the the Predator logo, press F2 to go into the BIOS. Once you’re in, use the arrow keys to navigate to the “POST Animation & Sound” option, press enter, and select ‘disabled’. Then restart and you should be good. This can also be done through the Predator Sense software. Press the Predator button (top right) to launch the software, and search for the option in the drop down menu at the top right. As far as the fans, you can customize the fan curve also via the Predator Sense software, but running them too low will result in excess heat that will ultimately throttle performance.

We are not sure what you mean by "loud boot noise", so we'd suggest you contact Acer support at 866-695-2237 for assistance with this. They are available 24/7 for in-warranty products.
