• All Aluratek webcams are plug and play. If you are running an older computer (like Windows 7) then you may need to update your drivers for Windows, but not for the Aluratek. Be sure to reboot your computer a few times to clean out cache. Also check your Privacy settings so that the external webcam is allowed to run. Windows users should test the device on the CAMERA app, and Mac OS users should test the device on Photo Booth. If you are running Google Chrome OS contact us at [email protected].
