How do I know if my washer electric or gas? null

Washers are almost always electric. Dryers can be gas if electric, you would know by peeking behind the dryer. If you see no gas line and a unusual electric plug, it’s electric. If you see a copper or flexible gas line connected, it’s gas. Of course you can also look up model no on internet
