You need to buy the powder Affresh cleaning packets - put one the drum, follow the directions and the box, and put the dial to the affresh cycle - not sure but you may also need to put the water to hot if it's not on there. I just cleaned my washer last week.

Hi! This is the cleaning cycle for this model washer. We suggest running it every 30 cycles. You will just add the Affresh tablet to the empty Washer, close the lid, and select "Clean Washer With Affresh" and hit start.
