You can use internal camera . You will need a magnetic( not 3d) stand to position camera.

Hello HarryB! Thanks so much for your question! The onboard camera is specifically meant for use with video calls and Drop In/Drop Out features and can be used as a live feed camera device through the Alexa app. However, it does not store any content on the device and does not record or playback any videos from the onboard camera. There are some Alexa compatible cameras that can be used in order to see the feed on the screen from a wireless camera after being linked through the Alexa app, but it would not record and store any content for playback from the Echo Show.
