Do a search for microwave-safe plastic (or silicone) bags. They do exist, but may be at a premium price. The silicone ones can be cleaned and re-used.

You can buy BPA-free freezer bags or step-up to the silicone pouches. The temperatures aren't extreme with sous vide cooking, but the results are amazing.

I used glad Gallon size ziplock baggies
The directions explain how to seal it to remove all of the air. The water pressure on the bag removes the air

I use the food saver vacuum-sealed bag. However, ziplock freezer bags will work just as well. Only the freezer though, the others are not safe for the heat.

Regular Ziploc bags worked great! Just need to make sure you have good gripping clips to hold the bag to the bath/tub you are using.

Ziplock freezer bags withstand up to 190 I believe. A vacuum seal bag also works great.

Buy yourself a silicon bag. They are reusable and hold up to other forms of cooking as well. To clean, just place in the dishwasher.
