“I have Spectrum wi-fi internet at home. If I buy the Apple i-pad "with Wi-Fi" and no cellular, do I buy the "unlocked" version so I can use my Spectrum Wi-Fi?”

• I also have Spectrum wifi, if you are not buying an "LTE" version (meaning it works with cellular networks) then they are not categorized to a carrier or being unlocked. Every IPad will work with any wireless network.
