How do you transfer data from old Ipad to new null

I would backup my info on a regular basis on my old iPad(iCloud), so when I ended up upgraded to new one, the person at our Best Buy store made sure it was waiting and done. When I opened up new iPad and doing all the new start up things, a screen popped up asking if I wanted to complete the transfer.

You can back it all up on Icloud on your old ipad and then set up your new Ipad and log into your Icloud account and BOOM all transferred. You can do it thru your Itunes account too, since Itunes collects and stores most of your data and settings anyway.
