WiFi and unlocked means you can use it kind of like a phone and get internet places without WiFi. If you have an internet carrier like Sprint or Verizon or another carrier unlocked means you can bring it to any carrier. If you don’t plan to use it with a carrier or only plan to use it where there’s wifi you don’t really need it unlocked. I wanted unlocked and WiFi but it was more expensive so I just got WiFi and so far it’s been great for home use with my WiFi and my work place has free WiFi so it’s been perfect
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Wi-fi means it will connect to router or hot spot like a notebook or computer, but not by phone service ie through cell phone. Unlocked means it is not branded to a phone service like sprint Verizon ets. so it does not have all this bloatware that a specific phone company would add of there software to the phone and ia also open to use on different bandwidth rather than be limited to a specific band with a certain company. Also since it is not restricted to certain bandwidths then you can move to other cellphone services and use your phone with them, instead of having to buy a new phone that will only work with their company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It means that it can be used with WiFi and it is unlocked with no network provider locked to it.
