You can only use it once. Once you tried the Free Apple Music and it works for 3 months you can’t use it for the same iCloud

When it does that all you got to do is delete the apple music app and redownload it.. try it again, it worked for me every time

IF YOU HAVE OR HAVE HAD APPLE MUSIC BEFORE WITH YOUR APPLE ID OR EMAIL ADDRESS THAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM OR YOU COULD HAVEALREADY USED THE PROMO WITH IPHONE PURCHASE....YOU CAN FORWARD THE REDEMPTION EMAIL TO ANOTHER EMAIL/UNUSED APPLE ID OR SIMPLY SIGN UP WITH A NEW APPLE ID /UNYSED EMAIL ADDRESS.....ALSO MAKE SYRE THAT YPUR DEVICE HASNT HAD APPLE MUSIC PROMOS
