AT&T no longer offers two-year contract pricing. So with them, you pay full retail price ($560) or their installment plan over 20 months, which works out to be full retail price.Verizon gives you $200 off for a two year commitment. If you think about it, an installment plan is basically a commitment. But, yeah, to answer your question, you're probably comparing VZW's 2-year contract price ($360) to ATT's full price ($560). And the Verizon ipad is also $560 if you want to buy it without contract, or option for 24 month installment plan.
