Online I followed the instructions to trade my old iPhone for the 11. I had to bring the phone to Best Buy when I picked up my order. Be sure to backup your old iPhone and delete and remove your Apple ID so the phone is like new. Otherwise you’ll have to do this at Best Buy and it takes long.
