Definitely has to be the camera. The iphone 12 has the two lenses while the pro has the three lenses. The pro also starts at 128gb and the 12 starts at 64gb

Pro has a LiDAR scanner, which makes the camera better, basically. The body of the pro is made of stainless steel, while the regular is aluminum. There are options for greater storage on the pro (128, 256, 512 GB for pro; 64, 128, 256 GB for non-pro). The screen is brighter on the pro, and it weighs slightly more. The pro has ProRAW software, which means that a photo captured with it captures EVERYTHING the camera can see, for better editing.
