- Answer This isn't an unlocked phone. I had a conversation with best buy and T-Mobile in this regard. They said that this is a locked phone. However, the carrier can unlock it later if you satisfy their elibility criteria.

- Answer You may only purchase an unlocked iPhone 13 at an official Apple store! They do not sell unlocked iPhone 13pro at Best Buy; they only have contracted iPhones using the 3 main companies-AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile/Sprint
