You should be able to use an AT&T iPhone 15 Pro with a prepaid AT&T account. However, you will need to make sure that the phone is unlocked. An unlocked phone can be used on any carrier, while a locked phone can only be used on the carrier it is locked to. To check if a phone is unlocked, you can contact the carrier it is locked to or ask a Best Buy employee for assistance. Once you have confirmed that the phone is unlocked, you can activate it on your prepaid AT&T account by following the instructions on the AT&T website.
