Two things I can mention are: 1.) XS is physically smaller. This may be a plus or minus for you individually. Check them out in person. 2.) XS has 4 wifi antennae, XR has 2. That means stronger wifi catching capability for XS. I don't know if this has a negative effect on battery life. If you are in a place where the wifi you want has been a weak signal, this might be worth any small additional battery drain. (Searching for wifi is a big battery drain, so more antennae might help there.)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Slightly bigger than XS, but not as big as the XS MAX. No pressure touch feature on XR. Double the battery life on XR. Color selection is different. These are my main reasons for purchasing the XR.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The iPhone XR is the "budget" model of the iPhone X & XS. Having an lcd screen and a single lens rear camera. The screen size is bigger than the XS but smaller than the XS Max at 6.1". If you're comparing the XS and the XR compare the X instead of the XS as there is little change between them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The size of the phone, XR is 6.1” screen, the XS is a 5.8”. XS has an OLED screen, stainless steel body, and a dual lens camera. Where as the XR doesn’t. XR has an aluminum body, single lens camera, (still takes great pictures) and a regular LCD screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The XR has a basic phone camera pixel (similar to 8 Plus which is good enough) in comparison to the XS or X Max and it cost $100 less. I do recommend it, thanks.
