Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can but I wouldn’t advise it. I’ll never upgrade through a 3rd party. Best Buy has the WORST customer service ever via telephone. First I received my phone with NO SIMS card, 2nd no one knew how to send me a SIMS card. They tried switching my SIMS card from my Iphone 7 to my IPhone 10..deactivated my IPhone 7 and then tel me go to my local Sprint store. After getting hung up on twice and holding on for over an hour, I ended up driving an hour and a half to the Best Buy store to get my phone service correct. And they still charged me activation. I will never purchase anything from here AGAIN!
