Yes, but unless you ae in the .01% of users you will not need any upgrades! Also, for storage it is far cheaper to use the TB5 ports and external M.2.

BHPhotoVideo is the only site currently that offers the full suite of configurations that are also available on the apple site. Otherwise you're stuck with this particular spec of the Mac Mini.

No, you can only select what you see on Best Buy's website. You have to buy direct from APPLE to tweek the specs.

No.  This is the model that Best Buy sells.  You have to go to Apple.com to get a higher performance model.

Unfortunately, Best Buy and other retailers do not sell built-to-order Apple products. Only specific 'stock' configurations are available when not buying directly from Apple.
