• You may need to charge it using the cable in the box that you purchased. You plug of in to you IMAC as you’d with any other computer device.

• Go to system setting and into keyboard settings and make sure to uncheck "use F1,F2 etc as function keys... this should fix issue

• You need to press and hold the "Control" key first, and then hit the volume keys.

• They do work...but you activate the F key uppers by holding the function (fn) at the same time. Hold the fn key (just above the right delete) and tap the F11 to go down in volume and F12 to go up. Mute is toggled by holding the fn key and tapping the F10 key...Google is a wonderful way to find answers to even simple questions.
