The phone came with dents but no cracks. My phone was locked however, would not recommend.

The iphone 6s was refurbished. My son broke his New Iphone 6 which would have cost alot of money to repurchase. This unlocked iphone 6s came in GREAT condition there were no marks or scratches and the screen looked brand new In addition it already came with ios11 which saved a little bit of memory. It saved me alot of money by me not having too purchase a new iPhone

the phone came in good condition, and works just fine. This is the second phone that we purchased that was factory refurbished and we are happy with both.
