Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you SHOULD be able to use your SIM in any unlocked phone. I have had the same SIM card for almost 4 years and have transferred it from device to device. You would just need to call AT&T and give them your new phones IMEI# so they can transfer service to the new device. As far as warranty goes thats something I would check with Google's website. I think all devices generally have a 1 yr warranty. And it is water and dust certified at IP68 which means water RESISTANCE up to one meter/3 feet and dust resistance too. Best buy has a return policy of like 14 days on smartphones and there will be a restocking fee for any returns that aren't hardware related. Meaning if you just want to return the phone b/c you just decided you dont want it anymore they have a restocking fee. Most of this info is found on Best Buy website. From the SIM card usage, the warranty, IP ratings, and their return policies. You just have to do a little reading and research.
