Call any Apple Store phone number and you will have an option for Apple Support, they will be able to help you and will tell you how to cancel it. We have had Apple products for more than 9 years and can tell you AppleCare+ is worth the $79. for two years. They do the repair themselves, they do not send it out to other distributors or third party repair replaces. We love that about Apple Care+. Many times you can just wait for the repair or come back the same day. If a replacement is needed, they give you a new one. That has been our experience.

Call apple support and ask for the agreement admin department

I was able to cancel the AppleCare plan with a simple phone call. The agent was nice and took care of the cancellation without any problem.
