So I just did this: I called apple (based on apple's recommendation because I couldn't find this on any of my device subscriptions-- I did try completing my apple care set up and was told they couldn't find it and to call them). They had to transfer me to the appropriate apple team members (an agreement admin) that can help. The Apple agreement admin verified the serial number for my watch and looked at my account and said we may need to talk to best buy customer service regarding this because we purchased our Apple Care through Best Buy, not Apple, so what's happening is Apple bills Best Buy and then they in turn bill you for the service. The agreement admin said to ask for Best Buy's billing support @ 8882378289 - billing, but Best Buy still routed my call to Geek Squad Support. Once Best Buy Support called me, it was a pretty quick process-- they located the account the apple care was under and verified this was the service I was wanting to be canceled (mine was actually purchased under a different account so it wasn't tethered to my account so I'm not sure if it's possible to do this without calling in general), then I needed to verify the last 4 of the credit card the apple care was being billed to, they also wanted to know why I was wanting it canceled, but it's canceled now. I thought I would go ahead and answer since I was here already doing this too and wondering the exact same thing.

Please try again later.this is what I did and was a success 1. call the Best Buy Support # 1 (888) 237-8289 2. listen to the prompts: the machine will ask what you want to do, Answer: "cancel subscription" then the machine will ask you if it was a monthly or annual subscription say "monthly" The machine will go into the system to find your monthly subscription based on the phone number you are calling from so make sure you are calling from the number that you purchased the AppleCare subscription. After it will give you details of the what the apple care subscription was covering for, like the device you bought it with. Then just say you want to cancel then it will confirm with you again. Done!
