“Does this block the other outlet when plugged into a two outlet receptacle?”

• Unless it is a standard two-prong plug (i.e. like a lamp plug), this device will block the second outlet. What I did was purchase a single outlet plug extender which moves the device out from the standard outlet, leaving room for large plugs in the second outlet.

• yes, unless you plug it into the bottom receptacle then it will leave the top one available for some things.
