One is NOT included with this however with the amount of backlash their answer has caused it might be worth talking to ASUS support directly to see if options exist to have them remove that answer and or provide a pen at this point so many people expecting something that isn't included due to the incorrect answer.
A:AnswerNothing comes with this laptop but the power supply. There is alot of confusion about this. But i can only say the American version that you will get from Best Buy does not have the stylus or anything else. In a bunch of "asked questions" you can see Asus blame this on Best Buy but it is them. It is not like best buy is opening the packaging and taking these things. Mine was totaly sealed... So Asus says it should have a stylus and 100w usb-c charger but THEY dont put it in there and then they blame Best buy.
I dont know if this is a perk if you buy straight from Asus if they would send this stuff. But based off that they wont even allow you to buy a warranty for this device i didnt do that. ASUS makes good products if you get lucky and get one with good QC but could not care less about the customer. There QC & RMA customer satisfaction rate is an absolute joke and they dont care. At least with bestbuy you have 30-45 days to return if you are a member. So i buy Asus products from bestbuy so i can give them a good test and return if bad or keep if good (which has happened both ways).
A:Answerremovable and it seems to take 5200 despite not saying it. I upgraded to 64gb of 5200. I tried 5600 but I had blue screens and restarts. Then I got a pair of 5200s and it's been smooth sailing since.

A:AnswerASUS decides to send certain various models to different regions. If you are interested in a specific specification that isn't available via bestbuy its best to check your countries ASUS store directly and or inquire about the one you are interested in as the designations of models and specs are not customizable at this point in time.
A:AnswerWith igpu, 60hz refresh, single zone backlight, and silent mode you can get a max of 8 hours straight. I compromise on refresh rate and go to 240hz and I get around 6 hours. I can get through the work day without charging, but I end up charging because I game on my lunch break.
