No they are not certified by HDMI.org there would be a sticker on the box you can scan with the HDMI app .. Audioquest makes very well made and durable cables but all of it smoke an mirrors any Best Buy rep that tells you "YOU NEED" these cables is lying and most likely gets a commission from audio quest .. I use rocket fish in all my home theater applications and they are amazing and reasonably priced and my livelyhood is home theater stuff .. HDMI is a digital signal it either works or doesn't no amount gold plating, silver core ,pixie dust and unicorn flakes will help that signal the only time you should buy an expensive HDMI cable is if your running it 70ft or more.. Bottom line is Audio Quest's HDMI cables are NOT certified by HDMI.org's certification process
