No. But the setup is minimal. Attach the handlebars, put on the pedals, and put on the front fender. Took me about 30 minutes after unpacking and cutting all the packaging zip ties off.

You have the option to have it delivered fully assembled. I chose to assemble the bike myself. Very easy and took about 20 minutes.

Hi Ryno, Best Buy does not assemble. This bike comes partially assembled. We have a manual and a video online on our website on how to assemble, or you can pay a bike shop to assemble it for you.
