Does it work with HP null

Hi, there. Please be advised that the Belkin AVC019 hub is designed to work with computers supporting USB-C data connections. As long as your computer has a USB-C port, it should work. But for your reference, in order for the hub to provide pass-through power, your computer must support USB-C charging. Otherwise, the hub will only support data.
