“Does this work on a heavy wool Berber wall-to-wall carpet?”

• We too have some berber in the house and i found it cleans very well but takes longer to dry. i dont think the sunction is strong enough to remove as much water due to the tighter knit as it does on reg carpet. I would suggest not using the deep clean setting which puts out more water for deeper stains.

• I would never use water on wool carpeting. Hire someone who can handle wool.
