Was this supposed to come with wheels? Mine did not. It has the holes for wheels, but none came with it. As such, the suction and steam will not work since the motor air vents are on the bottom of the unit. null

Mine did not come with a stand or wheels. And yes the cleaner won't work well unless it's raised off the surface it's sitting on. good question.

I wondered the same thing, as i feel like the machine is suffocating itself sitting on bare surfaces.

Wheels are optional and Bissell.com offers a compete bundle with wheels so it is the best deal right now. I would recommend the wheels if you are not going to hold the unit by its handle when cleaning such as on your knees cleaning carpets etc. I use mine for quick spot cleaning. For floor cleaning I have a large dual roller steam cleaner that is heavy and is meant for cleaning entire floor areas instead of spots. Cheers. See picture of Bissell add. Normally Best Buy would match this but this bundle is through Bissell only.
