Yes you can change all of that in the synapse app but there is a gaming mode that locks out the windows button

Yes you can activate it with fn f12 and customize which things it disables like win key and alt tab

That function is built into the keyboard software which is accessed through the Razer Synapse under the keyboard tab. You can also disable Alt + Tab and Alt + F4 in the same location for disabling the Windows homekey.
