How do l change the batteries ? null

There is a key that comes with the product. It's small and silver. You insert it on the bottom of the device to open it. Then you will see the faceplate for the batteries. See attached images from Blink.

Take the camera off the mount, remove the battery cover, remove the batteries, replace battery cove, replace camera on mount. Alternatively you can hard wire it to your existing doorbell.

They can't be charged you have to change them.
