LG Stylo 2 is Android-based , which means it will support other devices running on an Android system; like LG, Google, and most other smart watches. Android system=Google system, more or less. You have to download an app called Android Wear-smartwatch, or a proprietary one that is explained by the Android smart watch, to your phone. It is best to set up smart watches over your wireless network. Most Android smart watches seem to be somewhat compatible with Apple phones, but may have limited features. Apple smart watches do not like to run on Android. To get the full Google experience make sure you are syncing up an Android watch with an Android based phone, like LG Stylo 2. I do not own a smart watch, but my daughter does and it works with her LG G4. I just checked the Google Play Store on My LG Stylo 2 and it had the Android Wear app with fairly decent reviews and over 5 million downloads. Check to see what the smart watch you want works best with by Googling its specs, going to Amazon and reading reviews, or checking internet reviews and YouTube features about that watch. Its easier to figure out if the watch will work with the phone by doing a bit of research. Each watch is different. I had to do tons of research before I bought my daughter's watch, as I wanted to make sure it might be able to work with any phone she buys in the future. Then I found out that with each Android upgrade better watches come out, with more features...consumerism, don't you love it! Simple answer is LG Stylo 2 has the ability to support an Android watch, once you download the Android Wear app.
