A:AnswerYes, I bought this boost 3-in-1 sim kit in a hurry to activate my unlocked Samsung Galaxy S8 on Sprint (for their 1 free year BYOD plan). It worked perfectly - the one in the kit you use for a Galaxy S8 is the 416Q sim (there's also a 506C and a 506TQ in the kit, and I used the 506C for a Moto G4 right after).
A:AnswerNo,no,NO!!! Do NOT purchase this. I was guaranteed by the salesman at Best Buy it would work. I called Boost gave the customer service person the numbers on the card, they said the cards were not any good. I had to wait until they mailed me one. And because I opened the package to give the number off the card, I couldn't take them back to get a refund.
A:AnswerOutlook not good.
Boost does use the Sprint Network, and the iPhone 6s is on the list of compatible phones here: https://activate.boostmobile.com/bring-your-phone.
However; since as you state, it is locked, it cannot be switched until Sprint performs a domestic unlock, which you can read about here: https://www.sprint.com/en/support/solutions/device/faqs-about-unlocking-your-sprint-device.html.
A:AnswerYes. Boost will have to add it to their systems. The Best Buy agent assisted me with activating an iPhone device that is not offered in store by boost.
A:AnswerIt should. It's sims are compatible with Boost, Virgin Mobile, or Sprint, and you can run a compatibility check with your phone's MEID on the Boost BYOD page, and it will tell you which of the three SIMs your phone takes(for iPhones it is usually the one ending with a C in the model number....all three are in the package). I have activated two iPhones with these SIMs successfully.
A:AnswerBring Your Own Phone
Bring your unlocked phone to Boost Mobile and set yourself free with one of our unlimited plans.
If you are bringing an iPhone® Xs, Xs Max, XR, or the LG® V40, please call 888-266-7848 to get the phone’s compatible SIM card.
I found that on their website. So it looks like you may need to call them to send you a special sim card compatible with your IPhone.
A:AnswerYes, the boost sim card kit is compatible with ANY phone, however, not all phones are compatible with the boost network. Boost operates on an LTE network, which is the largest and fastest growing network in existence today. It's achieved such success because of its flexibility, regarding not only its speed, but the ability to operate on and with other platforms. CDMA, GSM, and LTE are the most commonly talked about platforms in the wireless industry today, but so much more is involved behind each one, and I suggest reading up on some of the technical aspects, their similarities, as well as, differences found when comparing the countless bands/frequencies that are used by each. Boost does provide an excellent phone compatibility checker, free of charge, on their website: https://www.boostmobile.com
I would highly recommend using this available resource to you, or, anyone questioning compatibility. Especially before you buy. Hope this helps.

A:AnswerYou need the Sim kit only if you are bringing your own phone from the list of approved devices. The plan you choose will determine your hotspot allotment.
A:AnswerYes it is. As long as the phone is unlocked, you should be able to fund the right card inside that will activate your phone. The kit comes with 3 different sim cards. Only one will work. You can have it activated in store or on the phone with boost. Or, you can do it yourself. Your choice.
A:AnswerYes three sims, but each have the same number so you can't use them on different phones. Different brands of phones uses different types of sim cards is why.
