Fingerprint proof? Difficult to say, we'r using it in office. So no little smudgy sticky fingers!
Pots and pans? What dishwasher cannot do pots and pans? Question is why would you? Better for pans to do by hand, sorry. But stainless steel I'm sure you can put in.
Non stick: NEVER !

The stainless steel shows fingerprints a bit, the darker stainless not as much.

I can't answer about the fingerprint proof because I purchased the black, not black stainless. But regarding pots and pans, I put a casserole dish in there and it came out perfectly clean.

Hi KOCO. Thank you for your question. The 300 Series Front Control Dishwasher is not finger print resistant stainless steel. We do have a 100 Series that is finger print resistant stainless steel. Yes, this dishwasher will wash pots and pans.
