Hi there, thank you for your question. Bosch dishwasher’s do not offer a fine china cycle. Several Bosch dishwasher’s do offer a delicate cycle, but this model does not. Please note that using higher temperatures and longer cycle times can damage your fine china and/or glassware.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does not have a Delicate or China setting, but I have washed both fine china and crystal on the Auto setting (without the Extra Dry setting) and the results were great! I do not know what long term washing of delicate items would produce, but I am happy with the 3 loads I have done which included china and crystal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No issues washing our fine china and crystal stemware and glasses with this dishwasher. Came out perfectly clean.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not sure - we do not have fine china - but you can do a 60 min cycle and no dying heat - you can space out the dishes so they won't hit each other. I've washed china type candy bowls and flower vases with no issues but they are very much modern and seem fairly durable with no gold leaf or any hand painting that would concern me. I'd be very concerned about the detergent on fine china - dw detergent is far more aggressive than your typical dawn type cleaner - if there is gold leaf or any sensitive glazing, I would not trust any dishwasher. In my humble opinion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would not recommend ever washing china in dishwashers, even those that have a china setting. There are too many factors that can result in damaged china. The water pressures from the spray arms, the water temperature, the drying temperature, the detergent, the rinse aid, etc. Sometimes with the "nice stuff" there is no good substitute for a hands-on-approach.
