A:AnswerI don't really have an answer but found that answer unhelpful. What are the "tabs" he is referring to? I can't find any parts manual indicating what "#3" refers to. At least on my model B21CL81SNS/02 there appears to be no way to remove the glass from the frame without extreme force and risking breakage. I don't see any "tabs" at all. This is a problem because spilled liquid gets under the center bar and cannot be removed Similarly, the "crisper drawers" do not seem to have removable fronts, but spilled liquids seep into the clear front panel and congeal there, but the panel cannot be removed to allow cleaning. Any ideas? .
A:AnswerVery quiet fridge. The quietest one I've had. The ice is really good too looks like the bagged stuff that's store bought. Some of the shelving folds. It's not the biggest fridge though.
A:AnswerYes, there is a filter for the ice maker. It is easy to get to and to change, as it is above and to the rear of the ice tray. It is actually much easier to get to than our Kenmore fridge which we had previously.
A:AnswerI doubt you will see this model on the floor at Best Buy. Best Buy usually doesn't have 800 series items on the floor as far as I know. But it is a great refrigerator but I don't recommend it if you don't have another fridge/freezer in the garage because it is small (cabinet depth). Perfect for me and my family!
A:AnswerNo you are not. This is the most user unfriendly refrigerator ever purchased. It takes patience. My Dealer told me to call customer service at Bosch. I purchased from Signature Kitchen Appliances in Charleston SC only 4 months ago. Won’t be purchasing from them again. So much for after the sale service. Lift up at the back and pull straight forward. It’s awkward and the crisper drawers are even harder to remove and return. Still trying as my food warms on the counter. Does anyone have 800 series that makes a lot of noise? Looking forward to addressing that next.
A:AnswerI purchased this refrigerator in November and I have not had any issues with the ice maker. It produces smaller ice cubes which are perfect in drinks and gives a considerable amount of ice in the bin which is great when having a party. I did not have any issues of a metallic taste or stale soapy taste to the ice cubes which some reviews had stated. It does mention in the manual when using for the first time to discard the first 30 to 40 ice cubes. And you should rinse cube box with warm water only and no detergent. Also if not using ice maker for a long time period , the ice cubes might have unpleasant smell. So you need to clean the ice cube box. Hope this info is helpful.
A:AnswerOur display doesn’t work either. The Manuel states the display will come on automatically each time you open the refrigerator door. Ours does not come on when door opens. Temperature light will come on when we push refrigerator temp on screenm.
A:AnswerSides and top are not stainless steel, they are a matching dark grey color and have an "orange peel" feel/look. Fridge magnets will stick to them.
Cannot describe the size of ice cubes as we decided not to hook up the Icemaker.
A:AnswerIt is a great looking refrigerator! And so far it works great! But I don't think it comes in any other color than stainless steel. Sorry. Good luck in your search!
A:AnswerHi there, thank you for your question. This refrigerator has a auto mode setting which sets the refrigerator to 41 degrees F and the freezer to 0 degrees F. In order to use your own personal temperature preferences, you will need to disable Auto Mode. The instructions on how to disable “auto mode” will be located on page 14 in the Use and Care manual.
