simple answer: microwave attaches it's power to the lower oven via junction box. and oven wired to junction box in the wall.

Model HBL8743UC is dual rated, designed to be connected to either 208 or 240V AC, 60 Hz, 4 wire, single-phase power supply. A suitable conduit box (not furnished) needs to be installed, and an appropriately-sized, UL-listed conduit connector must be used to correctly attach the conduit to the junction box. The power cable from the lower oven should be connected to the cabinet junction box. Local codes may vary. Installation, electrical connections, and grounding must comply with all applicable local codes. For more information about the electrical connection, refer to page 11 of the Installation Manual.
