I seriously doubt that they are replaceable by Bose. The good news is that if you call Bose customer service with a malfunctioning battery Bose will take care of you. Even out of warranty they likely will help you a little even if just an offer to purchase a new pair at a discount. At least that has been my experience with Bose through the years :)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would assume that by the time you are having battery issues you would be looking into some new Bose headphones to replace there is a 1 year warranty on these and you could always get a Geek squad protection plan for cheap hope this helps!

This headset will use a non-replaceable Lithium-Ion battery, and we would not recommend removing this yourself. If you start experiencing an issue with battery life or power, we would advise getting in touch with the Bose support in your country/region, where we will be able to assist you with further troubleshooting, and service options for your product if needed. If you have any further questions, please let us know!
