A:AnswerI just purchased these at a cost of $277 and found only one blue tooth device can connect at a time. This is frustrating if you are using them with multiple devices and need to manually select between connections. The previous version of the same ear buds allows for this option, so this is a step back in my opinion. Not acceptable for the high cost.
A:AnswerI disagree with previous answer, I doubt he's actually tried. I HAVE these and DO sleep with them for noise suppression. I also have Apple AirPods Pro 2's that I've tried sleeping with. Those are 'ok' on suppression but just as noticeable on side sleeping as the Bose. The Bose LOOK bulkier and ARE a tiny bit bigger, BUT somehow they are actually are comfortable to sleep (including side sleeping) and have excellent noise suppression (better than the apples btw). It's worth a try for you. They work for me even better than the AirPod Pros 2 (side sleeper)
A:AnswerNot yet and that my biggest problem with these ear buds it’s 2023 and Bose is still making us use the right ear bud as the main. Still thinking bout returning them back because of this issue.
A:AnswerIt depends on your source audio device. There isn't a delay on my iPhone, iPad, or MacBook Air. There is a slight delay on my Asus ROG Ally running Windows 11, but only when gaming. The built-in Movies & TV app can correct for the delay.
Some devices/apps can correct for the delay, others can't. It's something you'll need to experiment with.
A:AnswerAnonymous is correct, products are given to reviewer‘s in a Best Buy program called tech insiders. Reviewers try them out and leave their review
A:AnswerWhile the earbuds should connect to the iPod Nano 7th Gen. To access the full range of features available to the earbuds, we'd recommend connecting them to a phone with the Bose Music app on it.
A:AnswerThey are noticeably smaller, for starters. This is the first pair of in-ear Bose headphones that don’t stick OUT. The quality of the sound is quite nice—depth, hi-lo range, and yes, good, crisp bass too. Lastly, and for me, most critical—they fit snugly in both ears and don’t feel like they’re ‘just about’ to fall out. It’s definitely worth experimenting with the supplied wings and silicon gel buds. The matching Bose app (iOS and Android) will help you figure out which ones fit just right. I own earbuds from Jabra, Sony, Apple, and these are my new favorites.
A:AnswerI had the same problem with air pods pros even with all the size buds. These have an extra piece also in different sizes that help them stay in. It may look uncomfortable but is not at all.
A:AnswerWhen ever is hot outside i sweat a lot and i mean a lot. I haven't had any issues of them falling out. As long as you use the correct size ear tips i think you'll have no issue.
A:AnswerI have not. I’m also using IOS so doesn’t directly relate. I would check to ensure the phone and earbuds’ firmware are up to date. If that fails, forget the device and pair it again to create a new connection.
A:AnswerThe QuietComfort Earbuds II are IPx4 water and sweat resistant. Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II should be cleaned by gently wiping the buds dry. Be careful not to allow any moisture to enter the earbuds through the ports. In addition, be certain not to force any dirt or debris into the ports. Do not blow air into or vacuum the ports or nozzle. For a more thorough cleaning, remove the eartips from the earbuds, then rinse with water and a mild detergent. Be careful not to rinse/submerge the earbuds themselves. Allow the eartips to dry completely before reattaching them to the earbuds. The eartips should be resistant to dirt or the effects of UV radiation, which typically cause some color change. With normal use, the appearance of the tips should remain unchanged through years of use.
A:AnswerNo, when they're powered on, Bluetooth is on. The earbuds do not contain WiFi, only Bluetooth, and they receive signals, they do not transmit signals. Any signals carried to the device is not nearly powerful enough to cause any damage to the human body.
