• A:Answer The white LED on under the Wi-Fi symbol stays on to indicate your soundbar is connected to your Wi-Fi network. It is supposed to stay on while connected.

• A:Answer This soundbar is designed so you would only have 1 connected to your TV. You may be able to connect 2 to the same TV if your TV supports it but this is not recommended.

• A:Answer Hello. Are you saying you have a Bose 500 soundbar and sub already hooked up to your turn table? And now you want to set up another soundbar (being the 300)? There are a variance of i/o ports on the back of the 300 soundbar. Or there is bluetooth connection. Does your turn table have fiber optic connection or bluetooth?

Q: QuestionMy bose 300 soundbar does not pair with the sub Was working fine until yesterday. I have tried pressing the the symbol that sits between AUX and Bluetooth. And then press and hold "7". Don't hear any sound connecting. The sub status light is white.
