QuestionDoes this frame have a sleep mode that can be set so it can be deactivated during a certain time of the day. Considering it for a nursing home patient.

- Answer Yes, you can set a schedule for the photo frame to display photos and it will then go to sleep and dim down and display the time, when it wakes up at the scheduled time it will resume displaying pictures.

QuestionHow do you turn on the sleep mode? It’s supposed to have this option but I cannot find where to set this up and the instructions I found online do not apply to this model. When you go into settings there is no “schedule” button.

QuestionCan the old phots I have be loaded on the photo frame.

- Answer Any photo that you are able to send to the phone via the app or email address should be able to be sent to the photo frame. There are some restrictions on file types but other than that you should be able to send old photographs. I sent some that were over 60 years old to the frame that were recently scanned digitally.
