Hi I am having the same problem with 110lb paper
it works fine with other paper but I need to print on this card stock and it keeps getting jammed and smudged

Yes you can print 110lbs card stock using the printer's bypass tray, just make sure you select which tray to use from the printer's properties page on your computer and it should work, love this printer, would not ever get rid of it. Read my review, this printer does it all.

I tried several card stock thicknesses and it WONT work on mine. It has smudges all over. Maybe I just need to find the correct paper. But I tried 4 different thicknesses varying weight from 40 to 110 and they are all designed for color laser printer.

I have this printer and have just spent 45 mins trying to print on 65 pound card stock. It jams every single time. I was searching for a solution and ran into this page.

According to the Canon USA, website, the printer only supports 14-43 lb. bond via either cassette or the manual feed slot.
