Please try again later.It is my opinion that Wifi is required to link the phone app to the MyQ...I was never asked to pair the system to my bluetooth, so I don't think there is a bluetooth connection. There is a nice help page on the Chamberlain website to ask questions, or give them a call to verify. This hasn't happened to me, but I know that in a similar scenario I am unable to see my thermostat settings or adjust home temp on my phone through my Honeywell app if the internet is down.
