No, this is for a video card only

This is for Nvidia GPUs only. You would likely need a SATA connection to your HDD, but the connection to your PSU is very specific. This power adapter is specifically for certain Corsair PSUs and Nvidia 3000 seriers FE graphics cards. It doesn't work for anything else.

It would depend on which drive you have and what power connection is requires. If you need the legacy Molex connection, you would be looking for the Peripheral cable.
