We have two sets of headphones. Both my husband and son use theirs all the time and both wear glasses. Neither have had any issue (and my son is on for upwards of 3 -4 hours a day using the headphones). I hope this helps.

I have this headset and also wear glasses and have worn them for more the 8 hrs, continuously without any issue or pain from having the head phones over my glasses.
