A:AnswerYes. Yours takes DDR3 and that is what the Corsair Vengeance is. If you replace what you have with the Corsair you will double your Ram speed from 8 to 16.
A:AnswerHi,
I'm afraid X51 is just a series of computers but not a specific model, please refer to your specific model (if it has an Ivy Bridge CPU I'm finding online you'd be fine with 1333MHz): https://www.dell.com/community/Alienware-General-Read-Only/RAM-Upgrade-on-Alienware-x51-R1/td-p/5537140

A:AnswerIf your RAM clock speed differs from the 1600 MHz that this Corsair RAM is clocked at, your motherboard's BIOS should reduce the clock speed of whichever RAM sticks are higher clocked to match the lower clocked speed. For example, if you have one stick of RAM that is clocked at 1333 MHz, your motherboard should reduce the speed of this RAM to 1333 MHz. You can also mix CAS latency, but you may have to manually tweak various settings in the BIOS to get it to run stable. Honestly, for the price of RAM, and for as much as you seem to be wanting to add, I'd just replace your current RAM entirely with something new so you do not have to worry about stability issues cause by weird compatibility issues with different RAM sticks.
A:AnswerHi,
You'd need SO-DIMMs: https://everymac.com/systems/apple/imac/specs/imac-core-i5-3.5-27-inch-aluminum-retina-5k-late-2014-specs.html

A:AnswerHi Bill,
Afraid not, you will need DDR3L for your system. Please look at getting a single one of these modules: CMV4GX3M1A1600C11

A:AnswerHi Jack,
We recommend that you contact the manufacturer of your system to ensure that your system supports the speed and capacity of this memory kit.

A:AnswerHi,
Please confirm with your motherboard's manual for specific compatibility.
Please do reach out directly right under the Support link on the Corsair site if requiring further assistance,

A:AnswerHi,
Seems like you'd need laptop memory. And I'm afraid we can't ever guarantee more than 1 kit to be compatible in a system as the kits are not tested together.

A:AnswerHello Dez,
We'd only be able to recommend that you replace your entire memory kit and not add to it. Seems like one of our 32gb DDR3 kits would work in the system. Feel free to contact us with more information at any time: support.corsair.com

A:AnswerHi Maldo,
That's most likely not possible, depending on what the motherboard supports.
Please refer to its manual for further info.

A:AnswerWe ordered what we thought was a 32 GB kit that turned out to be only 16 GB. It took two weeks of waiting, two orders, and two trips (one was over 40 miles one way) to get the problem resolved. The resolution was that the website was wrong. We bought it anyway and it works great.
